The deadline to receive PO Numbers is Tuesday, June 30.

All completed and approved shirt orders (orders with Purchase Numbers) will be delivered between Monday, August 24 and Friday, September 4.

Complete the Order Form; once completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you.
Forward your order confirmation to your school’s Finance/Purchasing person to create a TDSB Purchase Order number.
Send that Purchase Order number along with your order confirmation to orders@jensengroup.ca

To process your order, you must obtain a Purchase Order (PO) Number and return it with this order confirmation. Orders that do not have a PO Number attached to them will not be processed.
